Digital review
At the start of the New Year, I like to review my digital tech stack and look for ways to simplify it. The first item on my list is determining whether I really need a Mac, an iPad, and an iPhone. I know that I need the iPhone, but do I need both an iPad and a Mac? My past experience suggests I don’t need an iPad, and my life would definitely be simpler without the complexity of a Mac. One of the reasons I still need a Mac is to manage my 11ty site, which I’m considering retiring as part of my simplification effort.
For the next two weeks, I will use my iPad exclusively. I’ll document this experiment here on Bearblog, instead of my 11ty site, specifically so I don’t have to use my Mac.
